Many leaseholders often find a block to buying their freehold is cost. Where some of the leaseholders do not wish to participate in the purchase then the participating leaseholders will be required to fund the non participating shares both in the apportionment of the price and in fees. Where these sums are prohibitive we can arrange outside funding to bridge the gap. This is not in the form of the loan and there is not added financial responsibility for the participating leaseholders.
